Operations Manager Listed Derivatives – NYC – Hybrid
Our client a leading financial services business operating at the heart of the post trade environment are seeking an experienced candidate to lead a small team that facilitate daily operational flows across their clearing, collateral and risk management infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide team management and procedural oversight to the team-leads
- Project management
- Managing service delivery against Key Performance Indicators
- Deal with client request and post trade issues to improve client experience
- Improve existing processes and help redesign better solutions
- Build and strengthen cross-locational team relationship
- Handle client escalations
Experience & Background
- A minimum of 7 years experience in a Senior Operations, Back office or Post Trade environment
- Exposure to Exchange Traded Derivatives / Futures & Options is essential
- Wider Derivatives and OTC knowledge would be advantageous
- Excellent communication with good verbal and written skills
- Experience of leading a small team
