Operations Analyst ETD – NYC – Hybrid
Our client a leading financial services business operating at the heart of the post trade environment are seeking a candidate to facilitate daily operational flows across their clearing, collateral and risk management infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing service delivery against Key Performance Indicators
- Deal with client request and post trade issues to improve client experience
- Improve existing processes
- Document new client requirements
Experience & Background
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an Operations, Back office or Post Trade environment
- Exposure to Exchange Traded Derivatives is highly desirable
- Experience of working within a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
