Our Operations function is a truly global team, working closely with investment professionals across regions. We are now looking to hire a Middle Office Operations Analyst to join our EU Listed Middle Office team in London, supporting a range of Equity strategies.

The Role:

This is a high-visibility position working directly with portfolio managers, traders, and internal stakeholders. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running of daily trading activity, maintaining data integrity, resolving issues, and driving operational excellence across the front-to-back trade lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for trading desks and portfolio managers across multiple Equity strategies
• Resolve trade, position, cash, and P&L queries using a strong understanding of trade capture systems and operational workflows
• Perform daily reconciliations of cash, positions, and trades with brokers, prime brokers, and other third parties
• Monitor P&L and position exposures and respond to internal requests in a timely and accurate manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executing brokers, prime brokers, fund administrators, and other counterparties
• Contribute to project work alongside BAU, including the implementation and integration of new systems and technologies

Requirements:

• 2–6 years’ experience in trade support or middle office within a hedge fund, asset manager, or investment bank
• Strong understanding of the full equity and equity swaps trade lifecycle
• Solid knowledge of mandatory and voluntary corporate actions
• Asset class exposure to Equities, Equity Swaps, Options, and Futures
• Experience with CTM, Traiana Harmony, and Bloomberg is advantageous
