Job Title: Global Major Incident Manager

Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid)

Contract Type: Initial 6 month contract + extensions

Hourly Rate: 70+ EUR/hr (flex depending upon experience)

For one of our global retail clients, I am seeking an experienced Global Major Incident Manager to play a critical role in enhancing incident management processes, driving automation, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting operations across diverse teams.

You will be providing the relevant gap analysis to ensure a clear, data-driven assessment of the current landscape, enabling the design of a future-proof Incident Management strategy, and provide a well-defined action plan for execution.

Key technical skills:

– Streamline communication channels across diverse stakeholders and SLAs.

– Provide guidance on configuration and change management.

– Advise on operational improvements and validate solutions.

– Provide P1, P2, P3 incident management.

– A good understanding of Cloud Infrastructure to be able to guide relevant teams effectively.

Key details:

– 6 month initial contract (+ extensions).

– Flexible hybrid requirement to be onsite twice/week in Amsterdam.

– Rates are flexible, in the range of 70+ EUR/hr (flexible depending on experience).

– Dutch speaking is mandatory

This is a high-impact, horizontal role that will require collaboration across the business and engagement with multiple stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, ensure traceability, and streamline communication channels on a global level.
