Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning models for real-world applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and research to develop AI-driven features
• Optimise model performance and ensure robustness, scalability, and reliability
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in machine learning and generative AI
• Contribute to strategic technical decisions and product direction in a fast-paced start-up environment

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on applied AI and model deployment
• Proven ability to work autonomously and thrive in a high-growth, remote-first environment
• Familiarity with generative AI technologies and frameworks
• Experience with large-scale data processing, model training, and performance tuning
• Strong programming skills (e.g. Python) and hands-on experience with ML libraries and cloud platforms
