A fast-growing Y Combinator startup, backed by top-tier investors and already partnered with several of the MAG7 and leading AI labs, is expanding its Machine Learning & Research team. With a product that’s found market fit in under a year, this is a rare opportunity to join an elite group of engineers tackling real-world signal and audio challenges at scale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Research, design, and implement cutting-edge ML and signal processing models for speech/audio

  • Build production-ready inference pipelines, APIs, and robust infrastructure

  • Architect scalable systems for real-time model inference and evaluation

  • Influence the technical direction and ML roadmap as a key contributor

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years’ experience developing ML models, ideally in audio, speech, or signal processing domains

  • Proven track record owning ML pipelines end-to-end—from prototyping to deployment

  • Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or similar frameworks

  • Product-minded and collaborative, with an eye for real-world impact

  • Graduate degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
