Investment Operations/Fund Accounting/Portfolio Administration – 1 year FTC
Our client, a leading financial services institution, are seeking an Investment Operations professional to support the wider Portfolio Administration team across Data Management, Reconciliations, Reporting and wider fund administration duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake administration duties, to support investment transactions
- Assist in reporting and reconciliation processes
- Assist with portfolio queries and analysis
- Analyse and verify data for entry into internal portfolio administration systems
- Monitor and administer ongoing fund lifecycle events
Experience & Background
- Relevant experience working within either Investment Operations, Fund Accountancy or a Portfolio Administration focussed role
- Any experience of working with portfolio administration systems would be desirable (eFront)
- Ability to prioritise work and multitask within a busy environment
- Knowledge of financial instrument and the associated admin processes
