About the Role:
A high-growth, mission-driven AI technology company is seeking an experienced and strategic human resources executive to lead its people and culture function. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing a modern HR strategy aligned with the company’s scaling objectives, innovation goals, and values-led culture.
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the talent agenda for a company operating at the forefront of emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Strategy & Hiring: Lead all aspects of the talent lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
Culture & Engagement: Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment through tailored engagement and internal communications strategies.
Leadership Development: Identify high-potential talent and establish training and development initiatives to support long-term growth.
Performance & Development: Implement performance management systems that support continuous feedback and goal alignment.
Total Rewards: Design and manage compensation, incentive, and benefits programmes to attract and retain top talent.
Compliance & Employee Relations: Ensure compliance with multi-state and federal regulations. Provide expert support on complex employee relations matters.
People Analytics: Utilise data-driven insights to inform HR strategy and enhance employee experience and performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
10–15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with 3–5 years in a senior executive role
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred
Experience in high-growth technology or SaaS companies
Track record of supporting distributed workforces across the U.S.
Experience in regulated or security-sensitive sectors is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to align HR strategy with overall business goals
Interest or exposure to AI or emerging technologies is desirable
