Fund Finance – Senior Associate – Transaction Origination/Execution Support
Our client a leading independent financial services firm are seeking a Fund Finance Senior Associate to support clients in their financing requirements at fund, General Partner and Management Company levels. The role provides support across the origination and execution of the transactions, whilst also maintaining key relationships across the financing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Support on the Origination and execution of fund finance transactions
- Lead on all supporting transaction documentation
- Provide advice to clients across the execution of the transaction
- Develop key relationships within the fund finance ecosystem
- Support on internal projects to improve processes
Experience & Background
- 4 years plus experience within a fund finance related role
- Demonstrable experience of supporting and executing complex financing transactions
- Proven network and strong relationships across the sector
- Experience of working within a client facing role
- Project Management experience
