Full Stack AI Engineer

One of the world’s most respected Investment Management firms is making its first dedicated AI hire – A Full Stack Engineer with Python, React and strong Gen AI experience.

This is an incredible opportunity to own the vision, strategy, and delivery of how this global powerhouse harnesses AI. You will have the freedom (and backing) to build from the ground up, influence the entire business, and put cutting-edge AI into action where it matters most.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Collaborating with different department leads to understand scope for AI use cases
• Leading AI solution delivery from requirements and prototyping through to deployment, integration, and ongoing optimisation.
• Designing and implementing enterprise-grade AI systems using LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agents, and orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAI Assistants API.
• Integrate AI with core enterprise platforms including CRMs, ERPs, analytics pipelines, and knowledge stores, ensuring scalable and reliable infrastructure.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 6+ years’ experience in software, machine learning, or AI solution delivery, ideally with a track record of building advanced AI systems and integrating AI into business workflows.
• Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) — from fine-tuning to deploying real-world AI applications.
• Extensive Full Stack Software Engineering experience, including using Python for backend.
• A background in the Financial Services industry.
