Frontend Product Engineer | AI Automation | Remote

A high-growth AI startup is looking for a Product Engineer to build the core interface powering enterprise automation. This isn’t another incremental feature role – this is ownership of the primary product that Fortune 500 customers use every single day.

They’re solving a real problem: big companies are stuck with complex systems and manual processes. Rather than forcing full rebuilds, this platform brings AI automation straight into the tools businesses already use – fast, seamless, and actually adoptable.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to:

  • Lead development of a modern UI that makes automation simple, visual, and powerful.
  • Shape product direction, architecture, and engineering standards from day one.
  • Work closely with founders and see decisions turn into production quickly.
  • Build interfaces used by both engineers and business teams—not just other developers.
  • Bring clarity, polish, and speed to complex workflows and real-time data.

The ideal candidate brings:

  • 4–7 years of software engineering experience with a strong emphasis on frontend development.
  • Deep experience with ReactTypeScript, modern state management, component design, and performance optimization.
  • Experience building complex or highly interactive interfaces – ideally for workflows, visual programming, dashboards, or no-code style tooling.
  • Familiarity with real-time or event-driven applications (WebSockets, SSE, etc.).
  • A product-focused mindset – someone who cares about user experience as much as technical execution.

What makes it exciting:

  • Direct influence on the product that defines the company.
  • Real ownership—no layers, no waiting, no big-company bureaucracy.
  • A product with immediate enterprise demand and real users from day one.
  • Competitive comp, strong early equity, and a remote-first culture.

If someone wants to help define how enterprises use AI to automate real work (and be a key early member of the team doing it), this is the kind of role that doesn’t come around often.
