Hands-On Engineering Manager – GenAI Start-Up

If you’re looking to be part of a GenAI start-up, working with some of the brightest engineers in the Bay Area, look no further!

The organization are experts when it comes to solving complex, highly technical generative AI engineering challenges at an enterprise scale.

As a hands on engineering leader, you’d be responsible for building products 0-1 from idea through to production.

Engineering Manager Responsibilities

  • Build high-quality, production-ready code for enterprise customers tackling complex AI problems
  • Lead the design and building of AI-driven systems with emerging technologies
  • Work in a tight-knit collaborative squad, interfacing closely with the customer to craft elegant solutions

Engineering Manager Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an engineer – ideally with exposure to various technologies such as PythonJavaTypescriptReact etc.
  • Compsci background – strong data structures and algorithms
  • Experience working in a high performing engineering culture or founding experience
  • Some experience or interest with AI – LLMs, RAG etc.
