A fast-growing Series B AI start-up is looking for a Director of Engineering to play a key role in their technical leadership. Reporting directly to the CTO, this position offers significant growth opportunities in a cutting-edge AI environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive technical strategy while remaining hands-on in development

  • Oversee engineering initiatives, ensuring scalability and efficiency

  • Balance technical leadership with people management, mentoring a growing team

Key Requirements
