About the Role

We are hiring Data Center Technicians (L1 & L2) to support day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This role is open to both:

  • Entry-level candidates looking to break into data centers (L1)
  • Experienced technicians with hands-on hardware experience (L2)

You’ll be responsible for supporting server and network infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware issues, and ensuring reliable operations across the site.

Responsibilities

  • Install, rack, and deploy server and network hardware
  • Perform hardware troubleshooting and component replacements
  • Support cabling (copper/fiber), labeling, and connectivity checks
  • Assist with network troubleshooting and basic diagnostics
  • Monitor systems and respond to operational tickets
  • Escalate issues to senior technicians or engineering teams as needed
  • Maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation
  • Follow standard operating procedures in a 24/7 production environment

Qualifications

For L1 (Entry-Level)

  • Associate’s degree, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Strong interest in data centers, IT, or hardware
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware or networking
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

For L2 (Experienced)

  • ~1+ year experience in a data center or similar environment
  • Experience troubleshooting server hardware (POST, BIOS, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, switches, cabling)
  • Familiarity with Linux (basic commands/navigation)
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with hardware, IT support, or infrastructure environments
  • Experience in high-availability or production environments
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail
  • Exposure to large-scale or hyperscale data centers

Shift

  • 12-hour shifts
  • 4 days on / 4 days off
  • Rotating day and night shifts

  • This is a hands-on, onsite role in a live data center environment
