About the Company: Our client, a leading asset manager, is seeking an experienced Senior Rules Coder (Investment Guidelines Coder) to join their Investment Compliance Technology team.

About the Role: This role is focused purely on hands-on rules coding, supporting the build and maintenance of investment guideline rules across Bloomberg AIM and Charles River platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate investment guidelines and regulatory restrictions into accurate, efficient coded rules
  • Build and maintain rules within Bloomberg AIM (essential) and Charles River (preferred)
  • Ensure rules coverage across multiple asset classes and strategies
  • Collaborate with compliance, portfolio management and technology teams to implement changes
  • Provide subject matter expertise on rules coding best practices

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on rules coding experience in Bloomberg AIM (essential) and Charles River (preferred)
  • Solid understanding of investment restrictions and guidelines across asset classes
  • Detail-oriented with proven ability to deliver accurate coding
  • Focus on rules coding (not oversight of breaches or compliance monitoring)
