What You’ll Do

  • Own the full AI lifecycle—from data ingestion to deployment and iteration

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years in engineering, with 3+ in applied machine learning

  • Strong hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT etc), RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering

  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

  • Experience deploying and maintaining production ML systems

  • Familiar with AWS/GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, and modern data infrastructure

  • Skilled in building APIs and working with SQL/NoSQL databases

  • Bonus: Experience working with PHI, HIPAA compliance, or in the healthcare domain
