Operating at global scale, they power complex cash management and cross-border payment capabilities that enable businesses and consumers to move money seamlessly across the world. This is a product-first environment with some of the strongest product and engineering practices in the payments space today.

🔎 They’re hiring Agile Delivery Managers at both Manager and Lead level to support high-performing product squads delivering critical, customer-facing platforms. You’ll work in a true trio alongside a Product Manager and Engineering Manager, owning delivery and creating the conditions for teams to do their best work.

🚀 This is a role for someone who thrives on momentum. You’ll be unblocking teams, driving delivery, embedding agile best practice and continuously improving how things get done. At Lead level, you’ll also step up to drive delivery across multiple teams, coach others and influence how delivery operates at a wider level.

📍 London | Hybrid (3 days in office).

💰 £55,000 – £75,000 base + performance bonus + benefits.
