The Orbis Product Recruitment Team is working with a global payments leader to hire a (Senior) Product Director for one of their core payments tribes.

This company has grown rapidly through a series of strategic acquisitions over the past five years, bringing together deep expertise across the cross-border payments ecosystem. The result? A complex, API-first B2B SaaS platform serving payment institutions, banks, FinTechs, and FX brokers—ready for transformation and streamlining.

The Role:

• Reporting to the GM, you’ll lead multiple squads and tribes

• Manage and mentor a team of product managers

• Drive consistency and excellence in product craft across the organisation

• Help attract and grow top-tier product talent

• Champion customer experience and simplify complex, inherited architecture

• Proven experience in senior product leadership roles

• Strong grounding in product-first environments

• Deep understanding of the payments domain
