Role Summary 💻

As an IT Support Analyst, you’ll become a key team member, providing hands-on and remote support for desktop services and systems.

You’ll be the point of contact for technology queries, having an immediate impact on the service to the business.

Key responsibilities 🔑

• Take responsibility for user queries and escalate to 3rd line when required.
• Be the primary contact for logging support incidents and requests from end users, updating the incident progress and upholding the highest standard of professional service.
• Onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Provide support for various in-house and 3rd party trading applications within defined SLAs.

Experience required 📜

• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
• Previous experience with ticketing systems and demanding service levels.
• Experience in the Microsoft server stack, and Office 365 accounts/services.
• Experience with supporting and provisioning mobile devices.
