Senior Product Manager – Payments

Location: London

Salary: Up to £90,000

Why This Role Stands Out

Join a dynamic and rapidly growing scale-up that has expanded from 40 to 150 employees in just 18 months. The organisation offers a state-of-the-art B2B SaaS cash management platform, empowering businesses and high-net-worth individuals to optimise their cash holdings. With over $5 billion in assets under administration, this is a pivotal opportunity to contribute to a company making significant strides in financial services.

The Role

As the Payments Product Manager, you will own the full lifecycle of the payments platform—from discovery to delivery and adoption. Your roadmap will align the product with the broader business strategy, working closely with product and engineering leadership. You’ll lead a high-performing team, including engineers and a product owner, to refine and enhance a sophisticated suite of payment products that meet market and business needs.

Ideal Experience

  • Product Management: 2–5 years of experience in product management (more is always a plus).
  • Industry Background: Expertise in FinTech, particularly in payments, wealth, or treasury.
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience with B2B SaaS platforms and working within start-up or scale-up environments.

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: Up to £90,000.
  • Hybrid Working: Flexibility to work from home combined with in-office collaboration.
  • Career Growth: Join a rapidly expanding company with ample opportunities for professional development.
  • Innovative Environment: Work with cutting-edge technology in a forward-thinking team.

This role is ideal for an experienced product manager ready to make a meaningful impact in financial services. Your expertise will be valued, and your contributions will directly influence the company’s success.
