Head of Onboarding 

London, UK (Hybrid)

Role Overview

In this newly created appointment, as Head of Onboarding, you will be responsible for leading the bulk purchase annuity onboarding team, which will include coordinating the team as it provides analysis, planning and implementation support for the onboarding of bulk purchase annuity schemes.

In this role you will be:

  • Leading and managing the Onboarding Team.
  • Cultivating relationships and establishing communication channels with Business Units regarding the pipeline of schemes and potential schemes.
  • Assessing scheme complexities, ensuring regular feedback to the Origination Team.
  • Conducting scheme viability assessments, ensuring alignment across all Business Units.
  • Overseeing the production of Implementation Run Books for large and complex schemes.
  • Identifying, coordinating and implementing key non-BAU items.
  • Running onboarding working group meetings.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A BPA (bulk purchase annuities) or onboarding background.
  • Project Management experience.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the business.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a wider team.
  • The ability to operate well under pressure.
