Orbis are delighted to partner with a leading healthcare technology company looking for a Program Manager to lead AI solutions with a focus on responsible and ethical AI in healthcare. 

In this role, you will oversee the development of innovative AI programs and coordinate a diverse portfolio of projects. 

This hybrid role reports directly to the Chief AI Officer. This position will be pivotal in driving AI initiatives that enhance processes, offering a fantastic opportunity to lead groundbreaking projects and providing a platform to work with cutting-edge technology and a team of industry experts.

Your leadership will ensure the success of initiatives such as a global repository for validated AI products, blueprints for AI innovation, regulatory sandboxes, and a global rapid alert system to address issues in AI systems used in healthcare.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of a global repository of validated AI products for healthcare providers.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the development and implementation of a comprehensive global repository of validated AI products, which will serve as a trusted resource for healthcare providers worldwide. Additionally, you will design blueprints for AI innovation, ensuring regulatory compliance and the ethical testing of new solutions through managed sandboxes.

Another key aspect of your role will be the creation of a global rapid alert system to flag potential issues in AI systems, with protocols for monitoring, reporting, and mitigating risks. In this capacity, your work will support safer, more effective AI applications in healthcare by fostering a culture of transparency and risk management.


Profile:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, particularly within AI and healthcare technology. 

Strong leadership skills are essential, as you will be leading multi-disciplinary teams and working closely with both technical experts and external partners. 

Experience with regulatory bodies and a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics are critical to success in this role.

Excellent problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to communicate complex ideas to a variety of audiences, will distinguish you as a leader in this field. 

Your ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on project management will ensure the timely delivery of AI solutions that meet the organization’s goals.

 

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field (Doctoral degree preferred).
  • Extensive experience in program management within the technology or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong expertise in AI technologies, healthcare applications, and global regulatory environments.
  • Proven commitment to ethical AI practices.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
