Cybersecurity Consultant – Boutique Consulting Firm

Are you an experienced cybersecurity professional eager to make a tangible impact on city governments worldwide? A boutique consulting firm, in partnership with Orbis, is expanding its cybersecurity function and seeking a dedicated Cybersecurity Consultant to join their dynamic team.

Role Responsibilities:

– Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity assessments for city governments.
– Develop and implement holistic cybersecurity strategies.
– Coordinate support for the implementation of cybersecurity programs.
– Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Skills and Experience Required:

– Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
– Minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity.
– Strong understanding of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
– Proven experience in client service delivery and management consulting.
– Ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently.
– Experience working with Public Sector clients.
– Expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies.
– Research and publication experience is highly desirable.
– Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISA, or CRISC; additional certifications are a plus.
– Willingness to travel (10-15%) to collaborate with city clients and stakeholders.
