We are collaborating with a firm dedicated to fair markets and social justice. They lead significant antitrust actions and achieve notable press for their innovative work. Their Financial and Securities Litigation team supports clients in recovering large settlements.

They are seeking a Business Manager to assist the COO with managing project lifecycles and business plans in a full-time, London-based role, closely working with the Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business strategies, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Performance Metrics: Track key performance metrics with project teams.
  • Project Milestones and Financial Reporting: Assist in reporting project milestones and financial metrics.
  • Resource Planning: Coordinate with project teams, accounts, HR, and the COO on resource planning.
  • Business Development Pipeline: Manage and forecast the business development pipeline.

Key Skills and Attributes

  • Educational Background: Degree in business administration, financial management, or related field.
  • Project Management Expertise: Experience in project management, adaptable for an SME.
  • Financial Acumen: Knowledge of financial management accounting principles.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in European languages is a plus.
