Reporting & MI Manager – London (Hybrid) – Up to £75,000 + Bonus

We are excited to announce that our client, a leading Insurance and Asset Management firm, is looking for a talented Reporting and MI Manager to join their Customer Operations team. This role will involve close collaboration with the Risk, Transitions, and Finance departments to enhance systems, processes, and technology. Your expertise in Customer Operations will help drive strong business outcomes and positively impact our policyholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards for internal reporting across all teams within Pension Services.
• Develop real-time KPI reporting and a comprehensive monthly MI pack for each team.
• Create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for ExCo, Board, and Regulatory purposes.
• Continuously improve Power BI reporting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Translate business needs into clear reporting and dashboard requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in delivering reporting within the Pensions sector.
• Expertise in using Power BI to develop insightful reports and dashboards.
• Solid knowledge of reporting and management information within a pension administration context.
• Strong data analysis and data processing skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
