Our client, a prestigious investment management firm located in London, is seeking a dedicated Process and Controls Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with multiple teams across the organization, implement improvements to in-house systems and technologies, and contribute to the development of governance frameworks. You will also be responsible for designing and maintaining reports on business processes.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in building, designing, and overseeing process and control documentation.
• Expertise in producing MI (Management Information) reporting.
• Strong experience in liaising with senior stakeholders and senior management.
• Solid knowledge of risk management processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information.
• Experience in data visualization is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in the Financial Services sector is essential.
