About the Role:

As a Sales Manager, you’ll be a key player in expanding our client’s cutting-edge tech and engineering solutions. This role focuses on individual contributions, similar to an Enterprise Account Executive. You’ll be expected to self-generate 80% of your business, supported by a dedicated team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and extensive marketing resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify and engage with high-potential clients, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with SDRs and leverage marketing materials to boost outreach.
  • Present and demonstrate e-learning solutions, clearly conveying their value to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proven sales record, particularly within tech or engineering sectors.
  • Strong ability to self-generate leads and drive sales independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex solutions.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
